Like I said each Oshawa line really takes the body and plays physical. Hunter smith is 6ft 5 on one line . McCarron is 6ft 5 as well. Josh brown big physical defenseman at 6ft 5 as well. Most of the other forwards are at least 6 ft as well. We lost Will Petchning for series and prob season due to a broken arm in the last series and he is a physical 6 ft plus defenseman as well.
I don't think that is Erie's game at all and the Generals play hard on the puck crash and bang style . We don't have as many scorers as Erie but you have to be aware of dalcolle, cassels, mistele, lindberg,McCarron plus vande sompel on the point.
Not Erie's preferred game but in the playoffs they have shown flexibility in all 3 rounds they have played. This past series against Soo it was shut down the middle of the ice and grind out the win. Macdermid, Genovese, Raddysh at the point all throw the body. Dermott, Donnay, and Murphy are big enough to do it and certainly absorb it.
Big Betz up front and Elie who hits a lot for being more of an offensive player.
Erie obviously would prefer to play a more open styled game with their speed and talented forwards but I think they are big and tough enough to play physical. They have shown the ability to do that over the course of the playoffs
