But I don't think you want to defend United here. They did their absolute best to try to bring Greenwood back and only decided that they couldn't do that after immense public backlash. It was like with 20 minutes left they assumed they had won and stopped playing.

Harvey Barnes was also atrociously slow and killed a couple great chances for Newcastle to go up 2-0

That's not an exaggeration. This is the craziest thing since probably Alisson scored that goal vs West Brom. This probably tops it as a complete body of work vs something that took a moment to happen. I don't think I'm going to get over this today.
