Now post Austons stat lines
I am responding to someone who said McDrai did all they could... Draisaitl was 0-1-1 and -7 in his last four games.
His statement was just wrong...

I couldn't believe they let him get away with it over and over and over again. Especially after knocking your rookie out of the series. When I saw him run Tavares in Game 5 with no consequences, I just rolled my eyes. They need a coach who will not put up with guys not sticking up for their teammates.Panthers (especially Bennett) were taking healthy runs at our players with literally no response from the Leafs.
So another non-hockey guy? I don't love itA writer of CBA while working with the NHL.
There will be many posters who twist his words into making it look like he doesn't care as well. We should just ask him if cares. If someone disagrees with the answer, they can say "what else is he supposed to say?".Well, we'll drop this to a "I'm rubber you're glue" discussion.
I'd wager that no matter how much Marner looks like he doesn't care, there will be many posters who twist his words into making it look like he cares.
I guess you got to ask the question....but come one, what else is JT to say here?
Too many shambles in his brain, he isn't able to.Or he could, you know, show that he cares. Imagine that.
This alone is the issue. This is our "curse"MLSE owners Bell and Rogers also own TSN and SN. Like NHL refereeing, the fix is in. lol
ROR is definitely aging but IMO a retool is needed and his leadership could be big for younger guys coming up
Oilers lost to #1 seed in the West. We lost to 8th seed in the East. Yup let's rip McDrai to defend Matty and Mitch. Now post Austons stat lines

He was point per game in the playoffs. 5 goals 6 assists I believe. Now post Austons stat lines
What's Pridham's resume beyond Kyle Dubas' assistant?
Mcdavid had 20 pts in 12 games
He dominated R1 and R2 overall
Oilers have a sieve in net and defense they had a 6M making 9.5M
They're burning almost 9M which is costing the oilers the finishing pieces
Oilers aren't held back by their stars underperforming like the leafs are
Not to mention there also have been no reports of this.I mean I don’t think he’s dumb enough to say to the media that he’d waive if management wants him to.
Unnecessary drama.
Doubt we hear the core players say anything about the physical play. Same blah blah, puck didn’t bounce, et

Pridham joined the Leafs from the National Hockey League where he most recently served as Senior Director, Central Registry and Senior Advisor, Central Scouting. He began his career at the NHL in 1999 as a coordinator in NHL Central Scouting. In 15 years with the League, he served in a number of capacities in the Central Scouting and Central Registry departments with duties that included serving as the contact person for NHL General Managers, Assistant General Managers and NHL Executives on issues involving the CBA, salary cap and NHL Central Scouting department.
Pridham, 44, and his wife, Sue, have two children.
Is that even possible ??I like Pridham and hope he stays with the Leafs, but I don't have much of an appetite with going right to another totally inexperienced GM. He is actually less experienced than Dubas on the hockey side of things. The only advantage is he seems much more intelligent than Dubas but that's probably not enough
I agree.Ehhhh I liked ROR but I feel like his lack of speed is a big issue. He had very low impact when the Leafs needed him the most. I'd be very concerned about his next contract.
Leafs need center depth so obviously if the contract is alright then for sure it could work out.
Not realistic for JT .. last 2 years of his deal he will play 2/3LW and deal with da wall and blocking shots .. bang in a few on PP .. and then retire .. he ain't going anywhere and he ain't playing C anymore .. best bet we can hope for is he gets hurt and helps us out on LTIR .. it is not that your idear is wrong it is he had to lighten up to get to 215 this past summer which was a huge struggleNo one will ever convince me that Tavares isn't a goddamn cyborg.
Captain needs to come in noticeably lighter next year, there's no way he can come in at 215lbs and be effective.
The dishonesty of the media here never ceases to amaze me.
I'm not sure how you arrive at that conclusion from this interaction:
Really lame work by CJ here.
Wanna add something else too ..MLSE owners Bell and Rogers also own TSN and SN. Like NHL refereeing, the fix is in. lol
