Made a great pass on the Marchand goal.... which was on the PP.

In a 5 - 1 win, being -1 as the top centre, 2 way centre still allows questions on his quality play. He NEEDS to be MUCH better.

And just 14+ minutes play ain't enough.

He needs to shoot, shoot, and shoot some more. That to me, is the part of his game that has nose dived. Lindholm can't seem to catch the puck on his stick and rip it on one timers in the bumper, slot, or anywhere really.

He could also have 10 less points, like if he was playing with Johnson and Frederic instead of alternating between Marchand and Pasta.
Could also have 10+ more if Marchand didn't start the season coming off injury and if Brazzeau was a legit top six rather than a pleasant (and seemingly fading) surprise for a tweener.

Elias could have at least 10 more points lots of missed chances due to puck luck. I think hes gonna catch up his on scoring now.
Your evaluation is so kind, must be part of the xmas spirit.

my Agitia, would be at rest if he was still in Vancouver

Based on the result..... he does not have the 10 additional points you are referring to.
Based on his play, he is not playing to expectation.
Although some here praise the merits of its exceptional 200 foot game, I don't see the elite in his current game. IMO he simply needs to be better.....

He’s starting to play his game. You can see he’s not fighting the puck as much any more and there is more fluidity in his skating. Typically a guy who signs in the offseason tend to have a better second half in their first season and then from year 2 and beyond, you see why the team signed him.

There were injuries and more drama than the Real World to battle through on top of being in a new city and organization.

I just think this guy hosed Sweeney and this contract is going to be a disaster

At least Zadorov is slowly coming around.

We have a busy household with kids practices, homework, meal planning, etc often going on when the Bruins games are on the tv....so granted, I am often not watching the Bruins with a discerning eye or in a position to appreciate all the nuance Elias has a reputation for bringing to the table. Still, its shocking to me how many times I will be in/out of watching the game, catching most of it, and not realize that Elias is even playing (or exists on the team) until sometime late in the 2nd or even the 3rd period. I frequently have to go the boxscore to look at TOI, surprised that he's been taking a regular shift.
