I agree. At least in the bottom 6. Our top 6 is more than fast enough and our D-core as a whole can skate pretty well.As much as I love Rico and Perry, we are a significantly slower team with Foegele and Clouder gone. A lot of 'team speed' was lost.
We are in danger of being 'old and slow'.
Holloway will bring some elite speed to the bottom 6, but outside of him it’s a lot of slower guys. Maybe Savoie can steal a spot out of camp with a strong showing. A 3rd line of:
Holloway-Henrique-Savoie could bring a lot of pace even if Henrique is on the slower side.
