Its one game Jesus.

You what's funny is that the Rangers had some crushing losses in 1994. After every loss, most of the fans I hung around with were nervous and frustrated but confident. Nobody ever said "trade Leetch" or "fire Smith" after each loss.

I don't get some of you. I get the frustration but calm down. Rangers played a good game tonight against a good team. You don't make wholesale changes after an OT loss in Game 1.

You're not going to get max effort from all 19 every shift of every game. Some guys play well, others don't.

It happens. Just appreciate that your team is still playing relevant hockey while 22 other fanbases were wishing they were in your shoes.

Blocked shots? I'm counting goal posts. Outside of Del Zotto, who else hit the post? The Bruins hit iron a few times in the 3rd and OT.

They hit the post once in the third.

Who cares about posts? Posts aren't goals. They're missed shots.

Still lol'ing at Richards. I thought CK and Asham played a strong game and had some solid chemistry.

Yeah, I'm not mad at the team or anything. The game could have gone either way. That's all I can ask.

Nothing wrong with the Rangers that can't be fixed by getting rid of the coaching staff, the GM, and big-money, no-show players like Richards, Nash, and Callahan.

I wish for once though we could get some honest answers here. I'd love an honest answer to:

"What's the Ranger's problem in OT, how come the players change but they still can't win in the extra frame?"

Instead we'll just get ********

Everyone relax. Its Game 1. The whole game was entertaining, and fairly even. Even if it was ugly. We got **** on in OT.

Win on Sunday. All even. Thats it.

Yeah, they gotta actually win though.

Bruins are the better team.

Game 1 of both the ECF and the Cup Finals kept me up all night. This is child's play. Yes, the Rangers lost in OT in game 1 on the road...whatever. Again, two evenly matched teams. Shocking outcome.

Love this post.

Would like to see Nash reunited with Stepan, see if that can get them both going again

He did.
They didn't play that bad in regulation.
hank letting in a soft one.
They got dominated in OT, Bruins had a PP, momentum carried over.
the winning goal was a 2 on 1 with Stralman playing neither the shot nor the pass. Zuke got outmuscled for the tip in.

Thanks!

hard to really tell what happned based on the board....my FB friends who I trust more tell me Henrik wasn't at fault for the goals, deflectins/chara blast....said we had no offense at all, quality of chances were quite different....
anyways oiff to bed.
