Nash had an impressive regular season (aside from the cold start). But man, has he been a major disappointment this post season. Injury? Inexperience? Who knows, but he needs to show up when it really matters.

Some players are just don't have it.

Nash is injured. It was clear as day in the Caps round. He's still young and has plenty of time.

We also got more youth back in the Gabby trade with Moore and Brassard.

Clowe? We gave up a 2nd and a 3rd for him (if he's not re-signed).

Clearly we have no youth.

And it was pretty clear tonight too. There were couple times tonight where the regular Nash would've exploded and accelerated towards the goal. Looked to be coasting at 70-80% most of the night.

haven't been able to watch the game, or the highliughts since the internet here in paris sucks..but whats the deal with mdz? heard he got hit in the ear with a shot? did he return?

I don't understand you guys. You complain when torts changes the lines, but now you're asking for Richards, Callahan, Asham as our fourth line..

Callahan needs a fire lit under his ass. He's been making way too many lazy, questionable decisions in the offensive zone. He needs to simplify his game or have it done for him by playing with 4th liners (and Richards lawl).

you do realize that they hit about 4-5 posts right ?

In the overtime, yeah, they did. They had like one or two posts in regulation, and so did the Rangers.

I said that the defense was excellent in regulation. It was really bad for the first 10 minutes of overtime.

Looks like a groin or a knee injury of some sort.

Im a B's fan but also a Lundquvist fan. I'm torn on calling this a bad game by him. There were close to 50 shots, a lot of tips and deflections that were not easy saves. Yet he could have stopped the first two goals and he did get beat on like 5 or so posts. Given the number of good shots plus the significant number of blocks, the B's worked harder and deserved this game, so if there is blame i wouldnt put it on Lundquvist.

If the Rangers are able to press a bit more and keep the shots against down, the can very well win the next game.

Rangers had one. Bruins came close to ending it on their last PP in the 3rd.

With this head coach, 0% chance happening. You can be rest assured.

We're done here. See you guys in October. No team ever came back from losing game one. Heck, especially not this team. If they go down two games to none, the rangers don't have a chance to win the series. No team has ever won after going down in a series

He isn't going to simplify his game playing with Step. That aint happening. He is going to take chances being paired with him.

He doesn't really have a choice. If Cally is going to get back to basics he has to play with guys like Boyle, or Pyatt.

cant win a cup this way. last year every game was close, first 2 rounds went 7 games, worn down by the ECF. same thing this year, every game is close (except for game 7), this will probably be another long grueling series, just too much of a grind.
