Trading Gryz gets you next to nothing. He is a cap dump and at most would be worth a 6th or 7th so trading him only helps our cap to sign someone
Somebody will trade for him in the right situation he would be good. He needs to go to a team that’s stacked on D and is looking for mobility on the backend. He’s a third pairing defenseman no where near the top 4.

In the playoffs next year? That's it? Another one and done... how much is on the line $$$
Just get in anything can happen. We all talk about the 2011 and it was a fluky cup win. Ryder glove save a overtime 7th game goal. Usually all cup wins are pure luck. It's a lottery just get in add on deadline and hope for the best. 16 teams all so close in points who can predict a final? Heck it could be stars vs pens this year . Wouldn't surprise me.

One thing for sure- if Trotz was the coach you wouldn't see nearly as many sloppy turnovers as the Bruins have committed the past few seasons

I'm glad my neighbor stopped me when I was on my way home from the walking track. We had a nice chat and I was spared having to witness yet another early playoff exit.
Yes humpty dumpty please.!

They lose game 7 by 1 goal. If they won. They may have gone to round 3 or 4. Very possible.
You're absolutely right but the roster as it's currently constructed managed to weasel their way in to the playoffs, too much inconsistency and the last few playoff series they've been in it's been the same old story, lack of scoring and too many passengers, players continuously being put in position to fail by being forced to play up in the lineup when they were brought in as a 3rd or 4th liner or bottom pair damn, etc. Lots of holes in the lineup and the lineup should and could be a lot more competitive in my opinion

If that’s really Bergeron’s last game please just hand over the reigns to new management and only keep Hall, McAvoy and Pastrnak. The rest accelerate the rebuild and a manager who can draft.

End of an era and that cap space and second line Scoring cost them yet again. Even worse, Domi was available for peanuts and they passed on him.

Oh and Haula isn’t a second line talent. The people that were posting that this year were flat out wrong and need to own that after calling others out for being critical of him.

Bruins played against the backup goalie and the backup of the backup.

Swayman wasn't the backup... he was as much the #1 goalie as Ullmark. If it wasn't for Swayman it would be over in 4.
yep the back up of the back up of the back up... I heard it all series... now imo Ranta is a NHL goaltender and have my respect for it.

So... you don't want to put money where your mouth is? Then why ask people if they want to bet? Just give me a straight answer... no empty words.

Well....let's move on and get ready for the draft.
But before that...Fire Sweeney and Bruce.

I'm liking the talent on our D...Carlo, Lindholm and McAvoy.

Everything aside from Pastrnak, Hall, Marchy has to be seriously looked at.

Debrusk will be gone.

Bergy will be in Montreal next year. I just have a strong hunch on that.

Halak was an NHL goalie and a Backup in the later part of his career. Raanta was the backup. No matter how you want to spin it.

Fair enough and look what happened and where they are now. Really, what they have accomplished in the last few years? It's all quick fixes with this management, the core is done, drafting has been poor and the players they have just can't get it done.

The ONLY way I could see Bergy in Montreal next year is if he is retired and wants to take on a front office job with a French team.

It makes no sense for him to go to the 32nd ranked team at 37 years old.
