Panarin isn’t a player you win with on a 9M contract. At 12M he’s a literal problem in a cap league. Miller is on a f***ing ELC and put up 40 points without PP time and is under 24. Panarin is a liability when he isn’t producing and there is no potential for him to improve - Miller’s career has barely begun.

I’m not actually even sure why I’m debating - likely because I just said a difference of opinion was fine, and you still felt the need to make a snide comment that implies your opinion is superior. I have no idea who gave Panarin sainthood but it’s a salary cap league and no matter how you slice it, he’s a top 3 salary having maybe a top 30 impact. That’s a poor return on investment whether you are overall satisfied with his play or not.

Their defense is highly underrated. Graves and Marino are awesome defenders. Their PK is very good. BUT like you said we are not playing like we played in first two games. This isnt playoff hockey unfortunately. Devils will win in a "regular" season game which is practically shinny at this point in the nhl.
