Awesome when the between coverage calls the rangers not a playoff team, and you can't really argue it.
Their star player happens to be the greatest player of his generation and has zillions of playoff experience.......but hell let's not allow facts to get in the way of our ranting.
Embarrassing.
Learning what it takes to win..... and we're doing none of it
He certainly stuck to that.Gallant made a stupid statement at the beginning of the series that he was t going to pay special attention to Crosby .
We outperformed our stats and are paying for it now. Be better.
Teams like Pitt that can make something out of nothing offensively, those are the ones that win cups. If you are responsible defensively, get decent goaltending, and can score with some amount of ease, you win.17 goals against in not even 4 games played. Pitt are just throwing pucks at the net. This is a meltdown of epic proportions.
They don't want to. They can, they score goals at a stunning rate when they do, but man they just don't f***ing want to.
1-8?1-8 in their last 9 playoff games now.
Connect the dots people.
Would just what dolan deserves. The series is over. I just hope we can win game 5 at home and not lose on home ice.. That would be the icing on the cake if we lost at home
Drury needs to find a center that can play defense. Gallant fooled himself into thinking Mika is a two way center. Panarin/Mika/Kreider is the line moving forward. Your matchup line next season is Kakko and a center that can defend.
Welp! At least we're able to keep our pick from the Copp trade. This series has shown that this Rangers team is still very far from playoff calibur.
Missing Torts big time over here.Av was a much better coach than this
Goodrow and Lindgren were huge losses in the tuffness category. Motte and even Blais as well. All that grit out the window and that is exactly what is needed against the Pens.
