Tavares has more career points than both of these guys combined.
You could throw all 4 of Bostons centers at Tavares numbers and probably not get to 1040 career points. Take a walk and clear your head
While totally handicapping his shot due to a wrist injury.
We are talking about this season. Where Tavares has obviously taken a step back and Coyle had a shot at top 6 minutes.
If you think a 5 point difference is meaningful…I don’t know what to say.

They lost the last two meetings 4-1 but I wouldn't read too much into any team losing in a shootout or a 3 on 3 ot like the other two games

You know the pain is real when you can remember exactly where you were and what you were doing.
It was the first time the leafs had made the playoffs in a decade, they were MASSIVE dogs in the series.
My daughter had just been born in the second week of April, I was holding her in my arms beaming into the 3rd period, I’d bought her a cute little blue leafs onesie. She was so small back then! She’s 11 now
And she has 2 sisters now, too
This was a lifetime ago, but I’ll always remember this heartbreak.
And that’s why I WANT TO SWEEP THE DUSTY BRUINS IN 2024!!
