Auston Matthews 3 points and the GWG. Primary point on every goal. Did Boston think to cover him? Boston the first team to lose home ice advantage this playoffs.

Leafs split the series without Nylander. They couldn't take advantage of the Leafs losing their second best scorer.
Buddy… the copium is real. AM was always going to get his he is one of the best players in the world. Bruins ofence was atrocious tonight with a terrible strategy or dumping and chasing.. leafs had the answer game tonight but wowers they lost by one goal and played terrible.

Weird how the culture changes that much since Chara left. No one to hide behind now ? That was embarrassing by Marchand and McAvoy, could've gotten 2-3 penalties each for embellishment.
Marchand dives and talks more to the refs than do anything 5-on-5

Leafs been bullying him since late in the regular season and he just cowering in fear

Are you talking about yourself? I simply pointed out the facts.

Boston lost home ice advantage and the Leafs are playing without Nylander - who by the way had more goals than the whole Bruins team except Pastrnak and outscored them by 30+ points.

Earth
leafs core has always lacked the intangibles and to make matters worse, Keefe is a huge baby. cant really have success in the playoffs if youre a soft team being led by a baby
Guess you don't watch the games. The Leafs are hardly soft anymore, quite the opposite. Their weakness is in net and on special teams(in recent months)

Probably the most gutsy win I’ve seen from Toronto this year. Boston was overwhelmed and had to resort to diving and embellishing. Marchand is a rat, the league should be suspending him for a game each time he dives. Then maybe he will learn.
Embarrassing take… you say Boston had to when Brad did it once… the worse dive of the game goes to JY

the facts? The bruins don’t have a first or second line center….. copium.

Leafs fans complained all season long about Bertuzzi. His signing paid off tonight in it’s entirety, he was a big factor in this win.

Was entertaining game, Leafs early didn't take advantage of opportunities
  • Bruin's looked to be heading to doing what they do to Leafs 2-1 in 1st.
  • Then Leafs brought it.
  • Leafs took advantage of their opportunities now.
  • Matthews stepped up when it mattered.
  • Believe Mathews 3rd period performance tonight: will get whatever funk might of been left, from missing 70, a long gone memory.
  • It's a 1-1 series and NHL/ESPN/Media are happy campers.
  • Leafs nation will join in that happiness for now, but......
  • Good series and Bruins -vs- Leafs rarely disappoints.
