The Flyers keep trying to skate it through traps & pass through blocked passing lanes.

This is a very, very poorly played series by both teams so far. Flyers look slow and uninterested, and MTL looks like a team that wouldn't have made the playoffs during a regular year

Thats what I liked about braun that period. He jsut doesn't want the puck on his stick lol. He kept giving it to myers or couts on that one shift. Plays to his strength and just makes the simple play and gets off lol

To that end, one of our adjustments appears to be a hell of a lot more bank passes, ideally with two forecheckers pressuring one guy in the neutral zone so one of them has a likelyhood of getting around and picking up the bank. Even one on one a lot of Habs have been caught flat in the face of a rushing Flyers going after a puck banked off the boards past them.

Instead of trying to force their way straight through thee middle.

All the goalies butterfly now, there is always open space in the top corners if you can hit it.
