At #198, the Boston Bruins are happy to select, from the Muskegon Lumberjacks of the USHL, defenseman Jacob Guevin .

His offence is the most exciting part of his game, particularly his playmaking. Whether he’s leading the counterattack or on the point, he consistently deceives opponents to create scoring chances. On the power play, he manages space, not passing until he’s altered the penalty kill’s geometry. One-touch deception and a projectable wrister round out his offensive tool kit. He is headed for the university of Nebraska-Omaha next season '' .

I'm going to switch out Stramel for Veit Oswald (F), EV Lanshut U20 (DNL U20).

Stramel will likely be a 1st round pick in 2023.
 
With the 199th pick, the Chicago Blackhawks select from the Sioux Falls Stampede of the USHL..Ryan Healey.

Ryan is a steady right shooting dman with poise who skates well and plays an efficient game with very few mistakes. He has a good 6foot1 frame to grow into and we love his compete level. Ryan had 2 points and was +3 in 4 games at last year's Hlinka-Gretzky tourney. He has committed to Harvard which means he's a lot smarter than the GM who just picked him.

Buffalo selects Ryan Humphrey (LW), Hamilton Bulldogs (OHL). He's another player who had a lost season in 20-21 and didn't get drafted. A player with a high compete level, a strong physical game and the ability to play with more talented players. He's had a strong OHL season.

NYR 2022 Draft

28. NYR: Gleb Trikozov (F) - Omskie Yastreby (MHL) If I hadn't started to try to pick all Russian I would have pick Howard he was the top player available on my list at 18th I had Gleb in the 32th but didn't any other pick in that range
110. NYR: Filip Nordberg (LD) - Sodertalje SK J20 (J20 Nationell) I had giving up on pick all Russian at pick 77th and was among the top player on my list...
156. NYR: Michael Matrodomenico (LD) - Lincoln (USHL) I think I may I skip a page on my list because this was the the highest player that I have pick and I made two other picks...
188. NYR: Matyas Melovsky (C) - HC Vitkovice U20 (Czechia U20) highest player left on my list...
