We all should beSpending a day listening to NHL Network Radio, the take I consistently heard was that Tkachuk’s has as high a ceiling as anyone in this draft. Physically he’s got the frame to be a monster. His skill set is being drastically underrated by his critics here.
If he’s the Rangers’ target, I’m good.
It's almost the 8 year anniversary of the last time I felt like that.Pretty excited for tonight. I feel like there is almost no chance the Rangers could **** up the 9th pick with the players that could be available. I also feel like I just jinxed us.
Now I don't know what to feel.
I thought the NJD pick was 45. 48 is just as close in value. Maybe throw in their 6th at that point.
Please don't.It's almost the 8 year anniversary of the last time I felt like that.
Can't put it back in the box. Still vomit every time I hear someone say "Moose Jaw".Please don't.
I thought he was gift-wrapped to the Isles after Lou showed up.
Fox is staying in school this fall. Why give up a any type of 1st for him?
Sportsnet 650 said Vancouver and Rangers might be open to swapping picks if Forward Oliver Wahlstrom is there at 7 as NY Rangers are high on him.
I concurZadina from what I understand is the type of player who is good both offensively and defensively. I have seen Hossa's name thrown out as the style he plays for Zadina. In saying that, I'd have Zadina over Tkachuk if both were avaialble at 7 and the Rangers traded up. Not to the point that I'd be pissed if they took Tkachuk but my list would be:
Zadina
Tkachuk
Wahlstrom
Mainly because I don't see many pundits or people calling Wahlstrom the type of player who effects the game if he isn't scoring.
Do we know who specifically said it?Sportsnet 650 said Vancouver and Rangers might be open to swapping picks if Forward Oliver Wahlstrom is there at 7 as NY Rangers are high on him.
I’m not a big Hamonic fan but that’s a guy that might work in a flip trade with Edmonton.
Zadina is the definition of a bozo I hope he doesn’t fall to usHopefully we don’t draft the next pickle-loving bozo, eh...?
Late to this and haven’t read the last 3 pages, but the idea of taking a guy who’s going to take a while to refine just what his game is and is most likely going to be an anchor by age 28-29-30 with #9 doesn’t sit all that well with me with what else would be availableNo you don't and I'm not explaining myself again about it...
@GeorgeKaplan @GregSirico A little help here, lolol
