I see this being a Carolina situation where decisions are largely made by committee, with POHO (Francis up until Seattle) playing a big role and the team spending the resources to provide the front office with the best information available. This isn't going to be a 1-man show anymore. If Staios and Andlauer think Chiarelli is a good fit for whatever role the see him doing, I'm willing to give them the benefit of the doubt.
