Dodgers swept them nearly a week ago, but Giants fans never give up.
@MLBFanCave

That's so embarrassing. LA lives in their heads rent free.
It goes beyond pathetic to just plain pitiful.
It's what I've always said, Bay Area fans have an inferiority complex when it comes to southern California. This just proves my point.
I can attest to this! I was up in 'Frisco a couple of weeks ago and wore my fresh "La Kings 2014 Stanley Cup Champions" gear all over town and Sharks fans were beside themselves!
It goes beyond pathetic to just plain pitiful.

Haha. Did you talk ****?
Actually no, I played it cool. I let them do the talking and most of them were actually pretty good about it. They would say how they "hate" the Kings but then say how much respect they had for them.
More than a couple said that they were still in shock over the Sharks blowing the 3-0 series lead and they wished the Sharks could be more like the Kings.
And there more than few that just looked at me and I could tell they wanted to talk trash or say something smart, but they couldn't! What could they say? Nothin'! Not after that beatdown!
It was pretty damn cool!
I've always thought talking **** was best served among friends, and not with your enemies.
I don't know, if I were ever out of state watching the Kings play at another arena, I might take advantage of a quiet time in the game to inform the arena that Anaheim, does in fact, suck.
What else do you expect from a ****hole team like the Diamondbacks?

As a city?
Because let's get real, that is one damn good hockey team.
The same BS happens in hockey. Although thankfully as more and more knuckle draggers are put out to pasture it's happening a bit less.
It's a stupid tough guy culture that reeks in both sports, and will continue to be as long as people like Kirk Gibson and Brian Burke are still in positions of power.
Even the city is nicer than most parts of LA![]()
That's because Anaheim is miniature compared to LA. I'd take the best parts of LA over the "best" parts of Anaheim.
