What are you talking about? Brantford's season is over.
May bad then, if true that is great news.
Prpic means more hockey "fans" a.k.a generation 2009. will show up

Ah, I see, we can do it this way
First of all you finally try to offer vindication for the polish league, only, you do a downright miserable job because the top polish players (Odrobny, Chimielewski, Dziubinski and all of their top scorers) all didn't play in the Polish U20.
Lol this goes back to the note I left at the end of my last post to you. Proving a trend requires numbers, not anecdotes. What you are doing is similar to the people in the "does size matter" forum on prospects who say "well there's one Johnny Gaudreau, and before him I remember Martin St. Louis" 29 of the top 30 scorers are 5'11" or above. Similarly here, as I stated earlier, you most prove that the average number of players playing abroad on the Polish U18 national team is at or above the average for a team in their division to make your point. And yet the have all played for the national team at every level from the U18 to Men's. So when did the Poles started snubbing their future stars in favor of some local kids exactly?
Even from recent brightest Polish prospects, Guzik and Starzynski played in NA, Sawicki played in Slovakia, Domogala in Germany. Yet they weren't snubbed. Weird, huh?
P.S. Wronka can be considered one of the best Polish prospects in years and he never left Poland so some do leave it, some don't. I don't think this was ever a point of this discussion.

Fair enoughGentlemen lets stop splitting hair. We clearly see from where each of is coming. We can easily agree that some players from abroad might be on this roster, but there might be plethora of reasons why they aren't. We won't really prove anything by cherry-picking players from such a wide spectrum as European lower junior leagues, we have plenty of stats to choose from to fit to the narrative of our liking.
At the end of the day Poland today won convincingly and we have plenty of games left to see whether Poland's hockey heads have selected the correct players to earn promotion they most likely deserve.
Not a good way to handle what is by far the best Polish player out there. Though considering he's now tied to Poland internationally (unless he wants to skip out on four years of IIHF play, which is always possible) maybe they just feel they can take him for granted. Though if you want Lyszczarczyk to make the trek to places like Romania and beat up on the Croats in the future, this is not the best way to go about it. Though glad he did it, will really be a boost for the senior team in a couple years (provided he's available).
Bublic has the body too. EBJL isn't so important more than it's an EBYSL feeder. What they need to do though is field a younger EBYSL team. The best EBYSL players should be playing senior so that the younger players could have a chance to learn against good competition.
Netherlands is playing like trash. Five goals down after 20 minutes of game. Abysmal. Dominik Pas is goal away from a hattrick in second game in a row.
Man, I was looking forward to Poland's game against the Netherlands and now the stream is super laggy for me. Can't watch it at all. On top of that, IIHF doesn't load and I can't even follow the boxscore![]()
Does the feed work properly for you?
This one works for me: http://stats.iihf.com/Hydra/549/gameaction_6144.html
Yeah, thanksGot that one working on my mobile as well. I was hoping the live stream would work sooner or later

Wish I could help you there, but for me the live stream won't even load for some weird reason. I was hoping to take a look at Lyszczarczyk and at Olszewski, who used to play in Germany.

Netherlands at all time low at all levels, seems like. Pretty sad. They get relegated, Poles get promoted. Fast tournament, this one.
Also Duggan not on the scoresheet for GB in a 7-1 win. #bust![]()
Tomorrow at 12 CET, Turkey will play South Africa in third division, which will essentially be the battle of promotion. While taking the game to OT will be enough for us, SA needs to win in order to proceed. This group was nice overall with many teams showing signs of improvement and I hope we'll seal the deal by beating SA. However, it won't be an easy task as their goaltending seems to be better than ours - the amount of goals conceded is very close but I believe SA have the edge when it comes to goaltending.
This game will be on national TV in Turkey so if you wish to watch this one on TV with commentary, then you can head to http://www.ntvspor.net/canliyayin which is the live broadcast of NTV Spor channel. I am not sure if it's available out of TR but I guess it's so, because I checked a few countries with different VPN settings and I was still able to watch the stream.
Getting back to 2nd division would be huge for us - we are a young team with many opportunities thanks to lower age groups. I do not know about their neutralization case but we also have a few ethnic Ukrainian, Belarussian players that have been in Turkey for at least 2 years... In two or three years, Turkey may be much stronger than that - of course, this all depends on the country itself, which does not look promising at all.
EDIT: I just noticed that one of our ethnic Turkish players is playing in Swedish third division. That's kinda impressive. A coach I know worked for Kometa Brno in Czech Republic but I've never seen a Turkish player "good enough" to play in a country like Sweden. Even if it's 3rd tier, it's awesome considering our level.
EDIT2: Now I checked Division 1 of this season in Sweden and there is no team called Tumba. Then I guess they are one league below. Hmm.
Its not so clear on promotion yet. Because of the surprising results of Georgia this year, they are very much in the battle for promotion as well.
If South Africa wins by one goal, though less than 5-4, Georgia will get promoted (this assuming Georgia defeats Hong Kong as well). However the chances of all this happening seem slim, and I very much expect Turkey to pull off the win and earn promotion. Hopefully they can stay in Division IIB for more than a year if they do, would be nice to see happen.
Yes, I totally forgot about Georgia, sorry. If we lose this and Georgia wins, things get really messy with three teams at 12pts and each have beaten each. But for us the math is really simple: if we do not lose, we proceed. If we lose, it's over for us. So as you said, Georgia will wish for a one-goal win of South Africa with 4 goals at most and win their game to proceed.
