Is it just me, or is it really annoying that this team can beat the best in the East when it doesn't matter, but can't manage to even score multiple goals against garbage teams when the PO's are on the line?

Lol that draft pick keeps on sliding downward. I actually don't care. We needed to get the bad taste out of our mouths from the losing streak. Get's their confidence out of the toilet for next year. Can't imagine Lou giving up the pick even if we pass Dallas and Phoenix.

Too many question marks though. Lou has a really tough job ahead. Need 2 top six players via the draft/free agency/trade/within org. Can't have both ancient goaltenders locked in, unless Wedge jumps up. May need a puck moving D if Zidlicky isn't resigned.

He nearly scored a really pretty goal. However Sutter was backchecking hard, made a lunge and managed to knock the puck into the Penguins net before it got to Loki.

Absolutely not happened, we aren't finishing bottom 3rd next year. Giving it up this year would be foolish.

Him getting choked up makes me believe he really wants to stay. Him crying on the bench after breaking the Devils point streak the same night Marty broke the wins record is what I always think back to. A 37 year old career Devil who is the best forward in our history.... I doubt he wants to be anywhere else at this point in his career.
