stafford isn’t as close to terrible as a lot of you seem to think. same thing happened with lovejoy around here, in the right role they were at least middle of the pack
And what role is that? He has 20 points in his last 103 games and he'll be a year older next year and probably even worse.

Enjoy him while we still have him, but it's time to move on after this year.

Bastian is quicker than I was expecting. He's not having any issues keeping up with the pace.

Remember when Luongo was gonna maintain a .960% save percentage all year and the Panthers were already booked for a playoff spot?

Butcher needs to be better than that, poor puck management at the offensive blue line.

Blackwood could have had it on the 5-hole.

I don't think he allowed many poor goals in that 9 goal game, so the market correction is happening the last couple games.:sarcasm:

I like the idea of Bastian on the 4th line next year. We don’t have anyone quite like him. I could see him having some success standing in front of the net on the PP.
At the very least I think he has earned himself a solid opportunity to make the team in camp next summer.

he’s playing 12 minutes a night and he’s outpacing guys in that group (noesen, rooney etc). i’m not saying i want to retire his jersey, but the targets here are so predictable sometimes. i think if he wasn’t named drew stafford he wouldn’t be the lightning rod of negativity he is
