Let him get to 100% practice a bit with the team and build some anticipation. The Rock is going to be fired up that first game. If he scores, the Timo chants will be deafening.

One of the last games I went to at the Rock was Kovalchuk's first game as a Devil. Right after the trade I just went and bought two tickets, said "I'm going." The game was electric the whole night.

This has the same feel.

I was just rewatching it, and the number of players still around from the 2000 team is nuts. I had totally forgotten Pandolfo scored the GWG in that game.
