Yeah, I think too many people are just writing him off because he didn’t make a seem less transition into the NHL. I still think his upside is the good version of Brock Boeser before the injuries which would be an insane player to have as your 6th best forward on the roster.

24 hours until the Devils play the Avs. That is going to be a hell of a game I think. Avs are on a tear and the Devils should be riding high after the Meier trade. Not to mention the Devils are on a roll of their own overall. Hopefully the rest since Saturday and the recent flu bug has them ready to go.

its all total gravy at this point. all the pressure is on them. Even if they sweep us. Silver lining, rags more than likely don't make it past boston, or even the west team after the east gauntlet. And then they lose another 1st rounder.
If we take it to 6 or 7, its a hard fought series and learning experience.
If we win, its massive gravy.
Almost every scenario you can spin good for us. And short of them winning the cup, every scenario is pretty much bad for the rangers.
They just blew their futures load on near retirement/decline Kane and sometimes good Vlad, also aged.
They have to win now, period. There is no future for them.
We can lay back and chill. I'm fairly confident we won't get swept. I'll take the short term pain to watch them slow crash and slow burn.

Honestly, same lol. Since it’s the first time in a while we’re discussed in the playoffs, I thought I’d chime in. But yeah, at this point it’s gravy for me so I’m good.

Honestly, I really hope we pass Carolina. Not because I am worried about the Rangers. I actually think we match up pretty well against them. But because I hate to suck all the emotion out of the team in round 1.

We faced them in round 2, after beating Florida in a game 7. But facing the Flyers to me is not the same as facing the Rangers. Not the same level of emotion.
No I'm saying look at them because of the Pens series. They were completely deflated round 2 and were a wet blanket after game 1.

Noesen was a waiver pick-up, and has proven he belongs once again, and Lovejoy did ok, but I'll give you the others. The only one there that cost anything was Mueller though, well Butcher too, in the unloading.
Well he already has 19, in his 2nd season, over 20 games to go. He's what, 21 years old?
