Lazar helps with possession and defense. He probably wants a 3rd line that can avoid getting scored on.
And Holtz, despite not being on the ice a whole lot, has been on for more goals against in the past 4 games then any fwd.

I think we all agreed we needed to clean up our game after the mess vs Wash, and Lazar has played a pretty clean game this season.

He was fine in the Wild game and there isn't really a better option with Mercer playing like shit
Haula.

Seems like a dumb idea. Mercer needs to get going, his offense is very important with Nico down. Lazar is fine if you want nothing to happen, which is not what I want with an important offensive player out there.

And that player should be Palat instead of Lazar. Holtz in Palat’s spot in the top 6 and Lazar in Holtz spot on the 4th line. This isn’t hard to figure out but Lindy hates Holtz so he buries him.

I don’t see blind hatred. We need to stop to the bleeding 5v5 and Nico being out doesn’t help.

If we were desperate for goals it would be different but we need to not give up so many.

Lines with Lazar have been very effective, both with their underlying numbers and the actual results.

I’m not saying this is the greatest idea ever and I love it to death, and Lazar should end up back on the 4th line at some point, but you can’t say it makes zero sense.

Holtz back checks with enthusiasm, and he makes some nice defensive plays, but young players like him get burned easily.

Right now Holtz has to make do with PP time and piggybacking on other lines (because Tierney is going to play ~5 minutes).

Any 4th line with Tierney is space trash. It is what it is.

I’ve been pretty impressed with Lazar, we have the makings of great 4th line. Not sure what our 3rd line is though lol.

I don't get the problem with the lines. The Palat-McLeod-Bratt line was by far our best line last game. No reason to split them up until they give you a reason to. The rest of the bottom 6 could basically be put in a blender right now, I have no problem with mixing up our grinders with our more skilled guys, Holtz best games have come on a line with McLeod and Bastian on it.

That Palat-McLeod-Bratt line looked random as hell...and then they played and it was very effective.

McLeod is solid at forechecking and getting the puck from the defender that gives Bratt the opportunity to get the puck and make a play with Palat there as support.

My bounty is up to $100 for anyone willing to sell me a hat hat. No I am not kidding.

If nothing else, it's worth the time it will save me tearing my house apart once a quarter trying to figure out what happened to mine.

I have a never worn flat brim hat hat. I bought it by accident when I wanted the curved brim, so I bought a second.

I have no idea how to ship a hat though.

No lies detected, the game as a whole though is just so much faster though, he needs to be to reach those heights. He's going to be playing against 6' 4" dmen who can skate in 4 directions also and not pylons. The overall skating talent level of the league is just ridiculous now, and will be even more ridiculous in 5-10 years.

lids store here in canada does custom hats on their in store machine (at least the one in peterborough does)...you give them you design, they charge a one time setup fee to get it into the system and then charge you per hat...(i think is worked out to something like 50 bucks for the first one with the fee....any extra hats would be cheaper)...you can also bring your own hat blank if you have one

they wont do trademarked stuff but i think Hat might get past the censor

dont know if you have lids in atlanta

Good to know, thanks.
Have you tried elite prospects?

Someone on here (sorry that I forgot) made the suggestion to me to start using elite prospects instead of hockeyDB, because they showed some years where players were inactive, and it was making me think those players had retired. But elite prospects has their stats for those years, wherever they happened to play in Europe.

Of course, this is mostly just for European leagues, because hockeyDB does have every player in the NHL and AHL as far as I know, but elite prospects seems better these days for the more obscure (not that the KHL is really an obscure league) leagues.

I'd also like a hat hat.

Would even buy a cheap knockoff at this point.

I know the hat will be the start of many unwanted conversations and annoying encounters in public.

''Hey bro why does your hat say hat?''.

Almost no one down here would know what the hat was, unless I wore it to a Devils game down here.

Something that works for me with flat brims: Take a mug and a kettle, boil some water, when it’s steaming, place the brim over the steam and “coat” the brim evenly with steam. This will soften up the cardboard inside the brim. Then, bend the brim slowly and place the bent brim in the mug, it will shape the brim nicely and it will stay in shape after drying!

I go to elite sometimes, it's much better in terms of covering the smaller leagues, but not as easy to navigate, imo, and the ads bog it down, so for the basics I still use DB.

How about a shirt shirt? Did they ever make one of those?
