What a win ! Fox playing like this is great news and this would be a nice time for those Kreider deflections to start going in like last year. CK is a big game player. Shesty was awesome.

For the devils, only hughes looked dangerous. No one else did anything for them except for severson and his cheapshots. Bunch of softies.

No game will be easy but the Devils are strangers to playoff style hockey. They played pond hockey all year. We started wearing them down already and them trying to push back wore themselves down more. They’re frustrated and the seeds of doubt are taking root. It’s not going to get less frustrating for the Devils. This series is ours to lose. If NYR keep playing their game almost no way this series goes past six and will prob end sooner.

Devils were soft. Selling penalties all game. Trying to have the refs bail them out. By the 3rd they were peeling away from hits. Just keep hitting them and stay close to Jackie.

We need our core 4 to be Fox, Zib, CK and Igor like when we had Leetch, Mess, Graves, and Richter. It is so hard to do, but it's not like it's out of the question. Just not likely.

Enjoying this win but the boys will need to fine tune a couple things to win 3 out of the next 6 games. More pucks behind their D. They are not good in their own zone. Kane is a liability out there but I dont know what the solution is.

Reminder to those who are frustrated with Millers turnover, his insane pass to Tarasenko for the first goal could of very well been the catalyst for the eventual win. Getting the early lead is that huge.
