This is really cool:

This year, the organization has invited guest coach Charly Washipabano to its development camp. Washipabano, the Director of the Cree Nation Bears program, is a coach from the Cree First Nations community in Northern Quebec and certifies all the coaches in the North of Quebec. He will accompany the coaches on the ice during the sessions.

The Canadiens have also invited coaches Kirk MacDonald (USHL - Dubuque) and Simon Ferguson (BCHL - West Kelowna) to participate in the development camp as instructors.

Seminars covering topics such as sports psychology, sports science and fitness are on tap for players invited to camp. Former NHL player Sheldon Kennedy has also been invited to speak to the players as part of the Respect and Consent program. Development!

Interesting that they invited "junior" level coaches, has that happened in the past?

Washipabano and Mianscum are both Cree. Wouldn't be against signing Mianscum. Big guy who's been progressing decently.

Also nice to see the ''Respect and Consent'' program. We don't need another Mailloux incident.

I know that Mailloux will be there but he's still recovering from his injury. But I'm guessing Guhle is injured also since he is also listed at the bottom with Mailloux.
