Justin Holl is Red Wings smallest problem at the moment...

Good luck for Toronto with that John Klingberg, as called as "black hole".

I absolutely hated this deal. It's still way, way too early to pass judgement on it, but if this version of Holl is what we're getting all season, then Yzerman has absolutely redeemed himself after a few questionable moves.

The Toronto media via THN has commented on Holl's strong start in Detroit leading the league in the +/- category with +9. Didn't they help chase him out of Toronto though?

First of all, THN hasn't been relevant in over 20 years.

Secondly, yea he was awful in Toronto. Especially come playoff time. Maybe he just needed a change of scenery.

I suspect that after a couple more drafts, they'll be there. I just hope the Hawks have drafted a little better after the 1st round than the Wings recently have. Granted, that's not a very high bar.
I'd just be happy if I was a hawks fan if they drafted as good just in the 1st to be honest.

But... yeah Hawks aren't far off with having early slam dunks for selections and multiple 1st rounders. Red Wings didn't exactly get that to use for their rebuild which made it for sure longer by a year or two.
