I know it's Canadian taxes but I wonder if cheap housing ever comes up as a plus for Winnipeg. You can live like a f***ing King in a 2 million dollar home in the peg. Where I live in van that gets you a real nice chicken coop.

Yes but the property taxes will kill you. I paid $6,500 this year same house in Winnipeg property taxes would be $23,795 ... that's insane.

Disagree. Demelo is a perfect partner for 44. Teams don't put their top d on same pairings......we do need another elite dman though. I'll agree with you there.

That 2 million dollar house just outside of Winnipeg is a mansion without the taxes.
You don't have to live in the city.
I've worked in Winnipeg since 1982 and have never lived in the city.
I get home from work in 21 minutes which is faster than most guys I work with that live in Winnipeg.
