Added three roster players without giving up a firm 1st and the only prospect gone is Barron. Factor in that the Rangers will get back Kakko and Rooney soon. It’s going to be a materially better roster in a matter of days/weeks. I’m excited.

I couldn't agree more. I've said it SO many time. We don't need more star fire power. We needed depth and we got it.

Strome is a serviceable player but has taken a step back this year and his chemistry with Panarin is overrated. He also has not seemed to mature in his game at all and takes dumb penalties way too often. I have to think the writing is on the wall with him being gone.
