Would think Lundkvist (and a pick?) makes more sense for us. Really thin on C, as you said, and with Braun ... don't see a reason to keep yet another D who, let's face it, won't get past Fox, Trouba or Schneider on the depth chart. It's a lot of trade value for a 4RD.
I just feel like chytil is in need of a fresh start after so long here. Nils seems like a guy that may stay here as he tries to estaish value on NA.

Hell what if Nils and pick go for lehkonen and they chytil goes for copp and a pick?

Problem trading Chytil for Lehkonen is that Lehkonen is not someone we can sign for Goodrow money especially if he has a decent playoffs. So he either craps the bed in the playoffs (bad) or he does nicely in playoffs (ok) then asks for 3.5 million plus with term for a new deal. We just shouldn't do that with guys like Berard, Cuylle, Othmann in the pipeliine.
But he's an rfa so if we can't resign him we can deal him again this summer. It's not a ufa situation

I’m extremely disappointed with Drury so far. We should have acquired at least 9 more players today. Pizza delivery bitch is asleep at the wheel.
I don't mind the caution honestly due to the uncertainty with the 2C position after this year. You have to think about what the team is going to look like after 2022, and prepare accordingly. He's saving his best assets for filling the 2C position - and that's okay by me.

Wouldn't Kakko and Rooney coming back get Mckegg out of the lineup? I sure hope so
I'm looking at potential injuries down the road. If all our guys are healthy he's out, but I prefer adding depth so that when we get hit with injuries mckegg isn't the guy stepping back into the lineup
