I like this deal, and I see exactly why Dean did it. We let multiple guys do **** shirts our players that one of our players should have put a stop to. For starters, David Perron shouldn't have made it out of that series without taking a borderline hit or getting a beat down.
Carcillo will go look to make something happen and I like that. Nolan and Clifford haven't done that for a while.
Then we should have made a trade for the Blues'Reaves, not Carcillo.Carcillo is going to to the fourth line and one of these RFAs is leaving, I'm quite sure of it.

I agree with you and I am sure Johnny Utah is on board too
I agree. The Kings were a bit passive this year. Nolan was the only one fighting. We lost Mitchell to injury and traded Westgarth. Clifford plays a lot more and reduced his fighting. The only scrap I recall him instigating for a follow up hit was when Murray took out Kopitar.
Carcillo is more of an instigator than Nolan or Clifford.
He plays the same position as Clifford. Maybe Toffoli doesn't start here next year....
Brown-Kopitar-Williams
Frattin-Richards-Carter
King-Stoll-Lewis
Carcillo-Fraser-Nolan
Clifford????
Maybe King is the odd man out and they look to trade or deal him.

Carcillo probably costed much less. We will see I think we must of got a real good deal.
And Carcillo isnt going to prevent any of that from happening.I agree. The Kings were a bit passive this year. Nolan was the only one fighting. We lost Mitchell to injury and traded Westgarth. Quick was run a few times this year and in the playoffs. Stoll was destroyed by Torres. Vancouver seemed to run us over with Sestito and Kassian as did Phoenix with Doan and Bissonette.
If somehow Carcillo could find his game from 3-4 years ago he could be damn valuable. Sadly the past couple of years he has gone from a quality agitator with some offensive skill to a worthless idiot like Rich Clune.
2015 6th, if he plays 40 games this year, it's a 2015 5th.
And Carcillos fighting (and he is a 5' 11'') will prevent (even scare ) other teams cheapshoots?Carcillo TKO'd Shawn Thornton a few years back...though he lost to Clifford, he is probably a better and more experienced fighter.

So we lose Penner and Richardson up front and gain Carcillo and Frattin.
