Also of note, Kulich's hurt (don't know what yet) and left the bench. Also Svozil got blown up with a huge hit that lead to a fight.

I don't doubt that Bedard was a factor in his success... but, when away from him, he still does very well!
 


He won't play obviously. I'm also not sure he did enough to be backup next season... Feels closer to extraliga than NHL backup in 2024. Obviously I hope I'm wrong!!! If he plays somehow, he'd be the 9th czech goalie this season. Highly unlikely.
 
There is a possibility Kulich is ready for tonight per the coaching press conference yesterday. It isn't certain, but he's more probable now than simply out.

That's great news... Czechs have soany injured or stagnated players right now.
 
Just saw this very troublesome rumour on EP. Hope its not true. Lukas definitely has quality to play NHL.

But on the other hand I wouldn blame him. Playing such a great game and still being stuck in AHL for entire season. I wouldn blame him if he was sick of how NHL teams are dealing with prospects.

That's a sweet gig if true! Not what I want but, like Frk, what more does he have to do to get a look in the NHL?

I hope it's wrong.

LAUKO is getting a playoff look! Probably 8 minutes or less but I'm excited.lol

Now do Zboril.

B's (who I hope make it to finals against my Oil) are in some trouble! No Ullmark (Swayman is awesome though) and no Bergeron.

Rousek and Blumel not playing at least 30-40 games in NHL this season was a complete joke. As I said I would not blame him if he wanted to go back to europe.

My biggest disapointments this season were that Blumel and Galvas didn't get many NHL games in.

Add in Voracek and O. Kase and my balls felt kicked a few times.lol Then Hronek with a season ending injury. Then Hajek not cutting it. Then Zboril not cutting it. Then Palat getting hurt and coming back kind of ordinary. Then Petr getting hurt again. Then Dvorak getting hurt.

However, I think we were better as a whole than last season and our NT's are on a beauty quarterfinal win streak right now! I see more good than bad.
 
The Rousek thing seems to be a "these are players we would be interested in" report than he's leaving. He's right on the cusp of being on the NHL team.

That's what I thought Galvas was too! Although, i don't think that is officially signed yet either! Or Stezka to Seattle. Maybe agents trying to get leverage?

Could be. That agency per EP only has one professional player in North America right now, and that's Rousek, and only two others who are in North America (Sapovaliv in the OHL and Vojtek Port in the WHL).

Still pissed Vojtek isn't at U18s.
