It's pretty common among teams that spend to the cap. You are bound to lose those young solid middle 6 players who often end up getting better. Eventually they realize that they can play top 6 minutes somewhere else.

Yes it would be guaranteed if NYR beats Car. Assuming Copp plays in game 7, he will have played 14 games. If he gets benched/injured after that game… won’t matter. He’d already play 14 games. Max is 28 in playoffs. 14/28 = at least 50% of playoff games.

Me too but the Canes have been flirting with danger leaning on the perfect winning streak at home. All good things eventually come to an end so maybe that happens tonight. I think its going to come down to Shesterkin and some luck.
