Nice return better then what I expected. Barron is just more solid depth with size. Smart kid. Plays all 3 spots up front. Good skater for a big guy but won't blow you away. Nice addition for the Moose if they go on a playoff run at the very least and likely slotting in our 4th line now and next year

I take the 2023 pick because I’ve heard it’s another 2003/2015 type of deep draft.

Although the 2022 is also intriguing because some good players will probably slide this year because of COVID making players harder to scout

Rangers fan here. None of us think Morgan Barron got a fair shake. He was great in the AHL and played well in limited call ups. He’s a big body, excellent along the boards, versatile for C/W, and NHL ready. Could easily turn into a player like Copp.

If we could have extended Copp, we would not have been trading him.
