I don't think the 4th line is the issue here. Our top six wingers outside of Panarin have been pretty useless. Kreider, Laf, Kakko. I don't care if someone plays well (Kakko), but if you are a top six winger your job is to get points. 3 of our 4 top six wingers need to start producing.

Excuse time is over. Playing in the top 6. Yeah makes great moves, holds on to the puck, blah blah blah. I have no expectations that Kravtsov will produce at this level but Kakko should put up more than 45-50 points this year if he's playing with Zibby or Trochek

I thought the lineup was stale most of last year.

Kakko has given the first line a new look and Panarin's new line needs time.

The defense is still suffering from it. Fox is too cute at the moment and Lindgren doesn't have the skill to keep up with him when he's dangling like that.

Miller and Trouba are just looking at each other to make the play like two outfielders on a popup that falls in.

I'm not really going to waste time overreacting to the results of game 6, but I genuinely don't get why they got so in their head about how they played defensively after the first 3 games. They were playing with so much more pace and were way more assertive with the puck, and it made it really hard for teams to defend them. They should've kept that style going and let the rest of their structure fall into place.

Incredibly frustrating.

He had a 2 on 1 with Carpenter and fed him the puck, maybe a tad too early. He was good along the wall. He stood on his feet, played stout if not anything remarkable
