most lots are once you're in, you're in...i would try to do one of the garages....just so they dont' try to screw you over...but you should be good

Thanks! I'll just park where I normally do for the Jackets. It's a little bit of a walk to the ballpark, but the short walk from the Arena will be nice when I'm tired after two games.

Can season ticket holders buy additional tickets for a game at a discount at anytime, or is that just a limited promotion they offer? Thanks.

Yes, if you contact your rep they should be able to hook you up with additional tickets at discount. I just got a great deal on an extra pair I wanted for the upcoming Penguins game.

Thanks for the info. Need to get some extras for the Florida game, preferably near our seats.

Hearing from a few #CBJ ticket-holders they received notice recently of a significant hike in ticket prices for 2014-15. Can others confirm?

Anyone? I haven't seen anything from CBJ on next season's tickets or renewing. The playoff ticket reservations went out, of course the costs for playoffs are more expensive, wonder if the people Porty was talking to were referencing the higher costs of playoff tickets?

However, I wouldn't be surprised by somewhat of a price hike due to team's improved success AND the ASG. But a "significant" increase would be surprising for a team with average attendance that's 29th in the league:

Take away all the $10/$20/Answer a survey/charitable giveaway/rush/green seat tickets, and they may be closer to Phoenix than chart suggests.

Parking for Saturday's afternoon game may be an issue. The Arnold Classic is at the convention center this weekend. It is very well attended and makes parking scarce.

Good point, Derby. I would recommend parking well north of the Arena District and bussing down.

My friend is hoping to take his 6 year old to his first hockey game Saturday. Anyone have a pair to sell? Please PM if you can help him out.

STH appreciation night

Can anyone tell me when the announcement of the STH appreciation night was placed on your Blue Jackets Account calendar? I missed the event tonight. I didn't see anything about it until I looked at my Twitter at about 6:30 tonight. My seven year old son is going to be crushed, it's probably the thing he looks most forward to.

There was an email. You had to RSVP, then about ten days later the tickets were put in your account.

So should I really be worried about parking situation for tomorrow? If I get down there around 1:10 what are my chances of getting in the big garage? In the past, I have done my best to avoid downtown during Arnold weekend. This weekend I couldn't help it unfortunately.

Thanks Derby, but I never got an Email. Found out tonight that my ticket rep quit so maybe that was the problem.

The email was a standard mass email that went out on 2/12. I don't think your rep would have had anything to do with it. I would double check your email address on file with the team to be sure it's correct.

You could also have an unintended mail filter. In my case, my ISP was filtering "spam" and had filtered out my CBJ emails from the team. I missed a couple emails until I contacted my rep and she directed my email communications to another email address.

Hey guys I'm taking a trip west to help root you guys on against the rangers in a couple weeks. I hate to ask something which has probably been repeated a dozen times in this thread but I looked back a couple pages and didn't see anything..

Any must see/do places in around Columbus? Best place to grab some food before and beers after?

Heading to Cleveland a couple days later same questions apply if any of you are familiar with that area.

Thanks in advance.
