they sometimes do...usually when you put tix on SH, you have a starting amount and then weekly, monthly, daily, they drop by a percentage you set...but with that...if ppl are snatching up the cheaper tix, you may never see a drop...its the gun you play with when dealing with SH

Thanks for the info! I'd already be looking for another game if not for the yearbook. Anyone heard if they're going to be selling them again this year at Barnes & Noble?

Question for those more familiar with StubHub than I. Friday's game (a must-make for me due to the yearbook giveaway) is starting to spike upward in price bigtime. Do these type of big games (like Capitals' games) usually havea gameday or day before drop as people try to get whatever they can get or do they usually keep going up? I was hoping to buy on Friday as I get paid then and some unexpected expenses came up this pay.

Don't forget to check ticket exchange.

If you don't get the year book they will pop up on eBay that night or if you ask on here I'm sure someone will help you get one.

I will likely not be able to make the game (still waiting to see if StubHub has any bargains tomorrow morning). Can anybody get me a copy of the yearbook?

Speaking of Columbus cuisine, since Philadelphia cheesesteak joints swear by cheez whiz and most of the cheesesteak chains started in C-Bus, couldn't the cheesesteak with provolone (as is common at the chains) be called a "Columbus Cheesteak"?

I wish I could remember the name of that place down on south campus in the late 80s. Down the steps, I think below Apollos. Guy wore a fedora. Thick pan pizzas cut in rectangles. Best ever pizza. Someone refresh my memory.

The only ones I can think of in that era, but they weren't in that location are Block O and Catfish Biffs. I think Biffs is still on South Campus but believe Block O is long gone.

Only pizza dive on South Campus that I can remember was Mama's - but it was back off the High St strip, hidden behind I think SBX. complete hole in the wall but cheap beer and good pizza. i actually think it's still open.

No, not those, it's going to drive me nuts til I figure it out.

When I've had Biffs in recent years, I don't think its's as good as it was back in the 80s, but I ate a ton of their pies in college. Not much was better than a steaming hot Biffs pizza in the dorm. Back then, my rankings would be the place below Apollos 1, Biffs 2, and Flying Tomato 3.

The place below Apollo's was the original Skully's. I don't remember their pizza, as I was generally FUBAR when I went in that joint, and if I was eating, I was getting a gyro from Apollo's and eating it on the steps outside. Good times.

Great campus area pizza - Hound Dog's on the north side, Adriaticos on the south. Some people swear by Tommy's but I personally don't think it stacks up to the other two.

Edit: I see you figured out it was Sandro's. Don't remember that at all.
