This might not necessarily fit the Blue Jackets needs, but a Greenway and Roslovic swap could be interesting
Apols for the non-Jackets tangent, but Greenway might be available?

Funny way of spelling Byfield =)something around Kupari

Because Korpisalo’s play is also “all over” maybe? I mean this stat line: woof!how the oilers are not all over Korpisalo is beyond me

Over the offseason, yes he will likely be on the table as they work to clear some money for the coming cap crunch.
During this year, likely zero chance they are willing to part ways with him given that the line he is on is one of the better lines in the league. He would need to be a piece going the other way in a significant add for that to happen. And while I think Roslovic would make some sense as a flyer, he’s not that type of upgrade.
How strained is the relationship with Roslovic? Is he trending towards being a non-tender candidate in the summer?
It's not hyperbole to say that he contributes to the success of a line that's massively important to the Wild's success this year, and that he's unlikely to be traded for anything realistic before the deadline.Jordan Greenway is on pace for 8 goals and 30 points.
Lets relax on the hyperbole. Minnesota would have to add to get Roslovic.

His price in the offseason is a completely different question.
His value right now is mostly moot, which was the actual point regarding Roslovic.his value is around a 3rd/maybe conditional second.

His value is whatever Minnesota is willing to accept to give him up, because he is a Minnesota Wild player.his value is around a 3rd/maybe conditional second.
Mostly that the point you now apparently agree with was hyperbole about 5 posts ago Seems like we're on the same page, though.sure, the same can be said for 90% of trade ideas on here, so im not sure what point you actually think youre making here?

What are some good RHDs you can part ways with ? Also, is Necas available?Still think Laine winds up with the Canes at some point to join the rest of the Finns here and revive his career with Aho. What is his trade value right now?

Kotkaniemi for Laine? Carolina gets the better player, when on his game, but pays the higher caphit. Columbus gets the better organizational need, potential top 6C, who while being costly due to QO is still cheaper.
Seems reasonable.
Oh, forget about it then
something like Kupari+Kings 1st+
Laine would return more than that.
Possibly but he hasn't been nearly the same the last two seasons as he was his first four. He doesn't seem like a good fit in Columbus and his QO is large, so a long-term deal is risky if he doesn't rebound. Kotkaniemi is steadily improving and is a couple of years younger. His all around game is so much better and he plays the more desirable position. His QO is large for his current production but if he continues to develop and hit his potential it'll be a good deal. It will be similar to the Laine for Dubois deal where neither team really wins in the end, neither player separates themselves from the other and both teams are kinda happy.
