What bravado? I'm not claiming anything. Merely a statistic.
You base your knowledge on how playoffs go by how the season went.
But now it doesn't apply?
The Avs don't own the Kraken.
All those veterans on kraken don't mean anything?
How much playoff experience do they have? Any of these vets win 4 rounds on the way to a Stanley cup? Was Schwartz on that cup team? Genuinely asking.

Seems to me most of the players with any playoff experience got it with the Avs.

And what did team chemistry mean when Knights went to the final in year one? They had none. ( No I'm not saying Kraken get that far lol.
Sure, experience should/is supposed to matter. But so does bottom line corporate greed. Avs already got one.
I simply think the top 3, every one expects to get there, Avs, lightning, Boston, don't make it. At least 2 of them dont. Boston if any.

Avs in 7 they're depleted and Seattle is a scrappy and energetic team. They keep it close but they'll be too much.

If the Kraken get goaltending it can be a series but that’s a huge if. With average or better goaltending I can see the Kraken pushing the series to 6 or 7, their scoring production is underrated (4th in GF) in my opinion and they can score in bunches.

I’ve got Avs in 5. I’d like to see 6 or 7 but the goalie matchup is abysmal for the Kraken.

I think there's a surprise in here, but then again.. would it be really that big of a surprise if Kraken beat Avs?
Avs season been a yoyo up an down type, where as Kraken been solid strong trough out the season.

Yes Avs current form is aces but don't count Kraken out; the deepest scoring team in the NHL

Seattle is a solid team with lots of depth scoring but they lack the superstars Colorado has that takes them over the top.

When will people learn that regular season head to head match ups mean nothing when it comes to playoffs and stop posting regular season records to prove a point.

Couple of years ago Flames won all the regular season games vs the Avs and lost the playoff series against them in 5
Yeah but that was a couple of years ago and was against the flames, hockey is different now….. somehow….. especially with Draisaitl and Karlsson equally being the two second best players in the game. Imagine if Karlsson played for the oilers…. Mcdavid would have 400 points, Draisaitl 250 and Karlsson would definitely have 1000.

This will be the toughest first round matchup for Colorado in the last few years and honestly Seattle's depth and structure are both very solid. Could definitely see an upset here.

That said, Avs in 6.

I do not believe in Seattle's ability to win the Stanley Cup, but they played the Avs well in the regular season. Their depth gives them a chance to win this for sure.

If the Kraken can find a way to slow down MacKinnon and Makar is banged up, I think they can pull it off.
