Edmonton would start burning oil in support for the flames!Pretty embarassing. Can't imagine edmonton and Calgary doing that for each other.

I'm only a hypocrite in your imagination‘And if the Leafs won, they’d hear it from you and other Leaf fans, so stop being a hypocrite.![]()
I think Salute Gate in 14-15 was much more toxic. After that, ownership and Shanahan had to go full rebuild or risk a major fan backlash.
if they’re no longer enjoying being a Leaf fan, then they just pick another team or stop watching hockey, All forms of moving on.
But to be honest, a lot of sports fan behaviour makes little sense to me. Sure, it’s fun to see your team win it all, but it’s hardly a life-changing experience. I love the Jays as much as I love the Leafs and it was great seeing them win their two World Series and I loved their runs in 2015 and 201, but none of it had much of an impact on my life, except perhaps spending way too much money on tickets in 2015/16.
When a season is done, win or lose, it’s time to direct the energy and time spent on following the team to other pursuits. Too many things to do in life to put that much emphasis on one entertainment product.
Well maybe MSLE BOARD will be embarrassed at the yacht club and fire somebody or force a tradeWell the hint is in the word, 'fan' is short for 'fanatic' after all, so this phenomenon is by its nature irrational, ridiculous, etc, and most of us realise that.
But that's just it, anyone who wasn't deeply sour after what happened after this year's playoffs isn't really a fan I don't think. And that's not an insult, there's nothing wrong with just casual interest as opposed to emotional investment, in fact you're better off!
Don't think Montreal would be doing the reverse lol
And yet, perhaps the dumbest post here. Bravo.Nothing funnier than watching Leaf fans get outraged over the dumbest things.
‘The season’s been over for a week. Time to move on.

At this point, yes, your civic duty is to cheer on Habs.
Lmao bring the cup home? The cup doesnt have a dam home. Stop wit this crap. If you support habs at anytime kf the season, you aint a true leafs fan. PeriodI find it funny that this pisses people off, being a Leaf fan has provided me with skin as thick as a rhino’s hide, I love the CN tower want to back a Canadian team’a attempt to bring the cup home.......
Go Habs Go.........Lmao bring the cup home? The cup doesnt have a dam home. Stop wit this crap. If you support habs at anytime kf the season, you aint a true leafs fan. Period
I would like a Canadian team win too, but do you really think that they can win it all? Yes they made it to the conference finals, but the division set up made it the easiest route to do this, I still can't believe that the Leafs couldn't do it when it was so easy.I’m happy. HABS winning it all would be great for Canada.
been in USA too long
If that happened there would probably be riots lolDon't think Montreal would be doing the reverse lol
If it was done as a shot at the sissy team created by Shanahan and Dubas. Bravo. Bravo.I won't cheer for the habs BUT... this is hilarious.
If it was done by a Habs fan or the organization, chapeau off to them.
If it was done on purpose by someone in Toronto as some kind of roll over and show your belly kind of submission... well that's just funny in a sad way.
