lol they won't put up points anyway once the other team starts playing physical
How about Mathew Knies, Ritchie and a 2023 first for Chairot @50% retained?
Who do you feel is on the table?Matthew Knies is off the table
Flip him to any other team. not interested in helping the Leafs. Period.Habs aren't fixing Leafs problem (soft team easy to play against in thr playoffs) for a late 2nd and a little +. Ubless that + is Amirov, you're not getting the Habs to help the Leafs for that little of a price.
Would rather just send him elsewhere than send him to TO for anything else than an overpayment
?
I just finished saying they don't put up points.
point is, Leafs need more physicality than they do skill
His relative metrics are awful too as someone pointed out earlier.
And yet when a team gets him they will be bragging about how happy they got him and how he'll greatly help their run and fans of other teams will mostly agree. Funny how that happens.

No they don't. It's nothing but a lazy media narrative. It's quite obvious what the blueline's actual issue is -- extremely obvious.
1st plus Rodion Amirov?
I'd expect someone a tad younger, but a serviceable player with remaining untapped upside and a 2nd would make sense.I don't mind the player but his value is grossly out of proportion to what he actually does on the ice. I could stomach a 2023 2nd and Dermott with maaaybe a small add. Price gets any higher at all just go elsewhere.

How do you think relative metrics work?Again He's on Montreal of course they are
Please don't do it Dubas. Go out and grab L.Schenn or Giordano(assuming he's available). Teams are going to overpay for guys like Chiarot. You don't need to give up a 1st for a guy who's main selling point is cross checking.
Yes all the time.
Mostly poorly. How do you think relative metrics work?
