He's a winger if you want offense out of him. Obviously being able to swing to the middle is a nice versatility piece but he's just so much better offensively on the wing.
Yeah, scoring wise he's much better off the wing, but his defensive acumen is so strong at center I wonder if they keep him there?

Could be a Danault type.

Also, Philadelphia Flyers own McClennon's rights, but they have not signed him yet. They have until June 1st to do so, otherwise he goes back into draft.

McClennon ties it on PP. 2-2. Really dumb crosschecking penalty by Guenther in offensive zone.

Ice aren't doing shit at 5 on 5. Everything is on PP.

Geekie isn't a top 10 pick in this draft. No idea how anyone can put him there. He's so pedestrian.

Savoie is injured and is not playing.

As far as I can tell, that's the only way they'll beat Edmonton.

Benson just scored on a great shot from the high circle.

Benson blasts one over Cossa's shoulder. Cossa went down way too soon. A goal that he can't give up.

3-2 Winnpeg. Shots are 46-17 Edmonton.

3 minutes left in game.

It's frustrating. Edmonton is dominating. Sourdif has missed at least 3 outstanding chances. Don't see him being more than an energy player at NHL level. Skills aren't there.

I tuned in when I read your message. Just in time to see Guhle come in clutch again! Puts it on net and is deflected in by a teammate.

It's an interesting series in that Edmonton just bought all their missing pieces at the TDL, whereas some of Winnipeg's guys have been there from prior to the relocation.

Bit more chutzpah with the Winnipeg guys, but Edmonton is the 'better' team overall.

Should be a great OT here.

He's playing a really strong game. He has a really quick, and strong wrist shot from point that he's getting through traffic.

He's been the best player on the ice tonight, although Gage Alexander has been really solid. Doesn't seem to lose his position ever.

Winnipeg has the skill to take advantage of whatever chances that come up, especially McClennon and Benson. They just kill you if you make a mistake.

Edmonton's forwards have to work a lot harder at it. Only real skill upfront is Guenther. Guhle is Edmonton's best offensive D, which is kind of funny.

If Montreal wanted a big goalie, I wonder why they didn't go for Alexander over Vrbetic, who really sucks. Alexander is way better.

Of course he's an Anaheim Ducks draft pick.
