Wow...Drakkar just tied with the game with around 30 seconds to go in the 3rd. Baie Comeau commentators keep saying after the Phoenix goal how the game was over..lol.

Probably going to OT. Roy will have to work his magic again if they want to finish it today.

OT still ongoing but wow...Roy....only needed to finish it what an awesome shift....

Phoenix going with Roy-Anctil-Parent.

Just another game for Roy and Cie to be offensively dominating I guess....but they would have taken that extra break. Roy missed 2 or 3 huge chances in OT.

So Kole Lind has a younger brother named Kalan who plays for Red Deer. He's a 2023 eligible and in his rookie season in WHL. He scored 20 goals this year and seems to think of himself as a bit of a tough guy (had 93 pim). He's pretty good though.

He looks like a better skater than Kole, and definitely likes to get involved physically.

Edit:

Speaking of the devil, Lind just scored with a really nice wrist shot from the high slot. Gets Red Deer back into it as they were losing 3-1.

3-2 now late in 2nd.

Yeah, that was a great play:

Edmonton-Red Deer going to OT. 4-4. Oil Kings had a 4-2 lead, but Red Deer erased it with 2 goals in 36 seconds.

I haven't watched Guhle since WJC. I saw a few Edmonton games in the fall. I was concentrating on watching teams for 2022 draft.

He has really improved his offensive play. He's way more involved in the attack & is jumping up to maintain puck possession.

He's a really good skater, so he gets back just fine. Best player on the ice.
