I heard it’s a good game. I only recently got out of the foster care system I’m 2019 so unfortunately growing up I never had the chance to afford things like that. Is it really that good for simulating trades?

Can’t really build up after drafting Bedard imo since all picks will be 10-20 unless you make a huge hit.

they are like an expansion team gifted Bedard and the NHL’s best prospect pool, along with a ton of drafts picks coming up over the next 3 years, plus more cap space than any other team.

I think he backed himself into a corner and is now just making stuff up.

The Hawks defensive prospects alone put them in the upper echelon of prospect pools - Korchinski, del Mastro, Allan, Phillips, Vlassic, Kaiser and Rinzel are all solid NHL capable prospects.

Their forward prospects are behind but with Bedard and Nazar they have 2 high end top-6 guys with several guys from last years draft (Greene, Hayes, Ludwinski, Savoie) and all the high draft picks they'll get from this draft will firmly plant them in the top-5 prospect pools.

Let me be clear - my comments in no way is meant to excuse or exonerate the Hawks organization for covering up the incident - that was the wrong thing to do.

My comments stem from my dislike for Beach long before this incident happened. He was the 1st round draft pick of the Hawks so I delved into everything I could find out about him over and above his stats. What I eventually came to understand is that he was an asshat of the first order. He was a bully with an attitude that would ragdoll a team mate in practice - twice. The fact that he was a mental midget was not clear to me until I heard of this incident where he allowed a scrawny little guy to seduce him into doing things that he would later say was against his will. BS - he could have stopped it before it started or anytime afterward - but it's fashionable to show yourself in support of the so-called victim even though you don't really know what happened.
