I still feel like something styled like this would have been more apropos for the centennial. Just my two cents. Not gonna lose any sleep over what they came up with, just think it's a missed opportunity.
If they could of made money off it, they probably would have, but they already thrown back to that design

You guys are nuts those jerseys are gorgeous. I don’t say that about many of the jerseys they bring out but these are off the charts cool. The gold is fantastic. Ask any current or former Bruin what the B’s colors are and they won’t say black and yellow. They’ll say black and gold.

Vegas made gold cool again and it’s overdue for thevoriginal black and gold to have jerseys with that color in them.

its a special event so they made special jerseys. I was admittedly mad at first but that's because they didn't do what I wanted, not because they aren't good jerseys.
Well said.

They aren’t what I wanted.
Love that they brought back the gold B and no outlines on the spokes.

Don’t like the unis, but I’m over it!

$300 saved.

I don’t even think they are good jerseys. Seems like a weird gimmick side jersey they would have in the pro shop. Not a jersey they would actually wear for a centennial season.

I’ve been a big fan of some of the recent jerseys they’ve come out with especially the most recent white ones from last year. This one just seems like they dropped it off at an elementary school and had a competition of who’s classroom could produce the best one and this was the result.

The sweater that includes 1924 in the crest is a call back to the teams' 25th anniversary when they included the years '24 and '49 on opposites sides of the logo. I'm not a particular fan of it, but it has a historical reference. I like the other two, but I'm not a fan of the stripes on the arms. However, I also understand that those also were part of the sweaters pre-1960s.

My bad I should have been more specific. I’m referring to the glitter as the gimmicky aspect of the jersey.

The new white is starting to grow on me a bit, but yeah, wish they went another route without the glitter.

A few players in the Historic 100 that I would question.
I love PJ Axelsson, but I'm not sure I see him as top 100. Solid 3rd-line guy, PK etc. Historic player?

Ted Donato, same.

John Wensink shouldn’t be in the Columbus Blue jackets top 100

Something tells me the definition of "historic" is not synonymous with "best". Because the only "historic" thing Wensink ever did is this:

They actually hit a home run with the alternates. I hadn’t seen those yet. Those looks great. Now just go fix the stripes and glitter or the other ones.

I was very excited that the gold spoked B was returning, and thought it was clever that they found a way to incorporate the modern serifs.

However, the gold they chose just does not lend itself to Bruins merch. While they can incorporate a sparkly look to the Vegas Gold on the jerseys, the color on stuff like the hats and tee shirts just comes across as a muddled Beige.

It just doesn’t look like the Bruins.
And I think that’s my biggest gripe with the whole uniform set.

It’s not that it’s bad per se, it’s just not Bruins.

Between the garden walls/Seats, the socks and now the actual logo, Neely has been killing the color yellow in the bruins color scheme ever since he became president
