Pretty sure that is accurate. NHL/CHL agreement states a player that is CHL eligible and signed to a NHL team, must return to the CHL if he's not playing in the NHL. The rule states that a player must be 20 years old by December 31st, or played four years in the CHL before he can play in any minor league level in the pros.I asked in Dumais' thread if Dumais could play in Europe next year instead of another year dominating the Q, and I was told no, that the Mooseheads can veto that. Is that information accurate? I hope not. I think it's time for him to learn how to play versus men.
He was traded for a couple months ago. He is an over ager and is 5th in the league in total scoring with 83 points. Halifax also traded for Doucet a bit further down that list after trading for Lawrence and he is also an over ager and is 4th in scoring with 86 points on the season. All 3 typically play on different lines as well. How about 4th on that list...51p in 28g...impressive

"If a player who is signed to an entry-level contract and is 18 or 19 years of age (as of September 15 of the signing year), does not play in a minimum of 10 NHL games (including both regular season and playoffs; AHL games do not count), their contract is considered to ‘slide’, or extend, by one...forums.hfboards.com
2018 thread we have people saying Texier is Brayden Point.
Don’t feel like you need to respond, as my comment was more sarcasm than anything.
More so, I don’t want to get into this discussion again as we have had it many times.“I know I’m being a boring pedant please don’t call me on it lololol” k

In the latest pipeline podcast Mateychuk told that he's focusing on improving his shot and stickhandling skills, good to hear. At 23:30->:He seems to be less eager to jump on the attack then last year, rush defense/ability to block passing lanes is still subpar, sometimes loses his balance too easily, puckhandling in tight high pressure situations and shooting mechanics are major issues, and the skating hasn't improved significantly.
