Provorov isn't even that good + High salary. Don't know what people were expecting here. Sean Walker is a very good cost controlled defenseman.

Provorov is good, he just isn't a #1. Flyers have been forcing a square peg in a round hole. His best season he was a #2. He has scored 17 goals in a season before. A change of scenery and little bit less responsibility/pressure is exactly what this player needs.
