Provorov with 30% retained will have him at a $4.725 million cap hit for 2 years, which is pretty damn great value for the Jackets. I think Provorov has fallen off but he'll be a menace behind Werenski IMO.

I don't really understand why the Flyers are taking back Cal Petersen, though. Why didn't the Flyers just retain 30% of his deal and work directly with the Jackets?
