Watching Mizzou-Auburn. At end of 1st half 28-27. Great O or lousy D? Bit of both, I think. Auburn looks super fast.

Missouri has one of the best front fours in the country, and one of the best front sevens. That speaks volumes about the caliber of Auburn's offense.

In addition to the Bucks' less than stellar 1st half, we have to listen to these Fox idiots? They're like the Rimer & Davidge of college football.

I was just coming here to post this.

Thirded. Also, I hope everyone watching is enjoying Fox's coverage of commercials, which is being supplemented with a college football game.

I liked Gus Johnson's excitement during March Madness, but I just don't enjoy his call of a football game at all....I can't even explain why - he's doing essentially the same thing, I just like it less for football I guess.

I'm glad to know seeing a Miller Lite commercial every other commercial break isn't just an FSOhio thing. Everyone should suffer as much as Jackets fans.

I'm glad I wasn't the only one who noticed. They would play a down and then have 3 commercials.

It was like watching the dregs of Monday Night Football, as spoofed (accurately) on SNL.

"Hello, everybody, I'm Al Michaels. The Buccaneers, who are tied for first place, are about to take on the undefeated Minnesota Vikings in what should be a thriller. Then tomorrow night on ABC, from a single girl to a mother of two in six dates flat, The Geena Davis Show. "

"Warren Sapp, perhaps the most feared man in the NFC, and this Friday on ABC, it's Madigan Men!"

"You know, a lot has been made about the great running backs, who better to discuss it, here's Eric Dickerson....Well, thoughtful commentary from the former Ram, and political drama this Wednesday on ABC's Gideon's Crossing."

Mayor Bee's going to be insufferable. ;)

"Going to be?"

Hey, I have better things to do than gloat over someone else's misfortune. I wouldn't want anyone else doing it to me, particularly since my own team does a good enough job of that as it is.;)

Honestly I don't even know what his point is in this thread any more.

Michigan State should play Florida State for the national championship.

Because when calling a football game you don't need to go 100% all out on a 2 yard run. Gus Johnson is past his prime IMO. His act is old and he needs to go back to CBS and get ready for March Madness. His schtick works with basketball not with football. He sounds extremely annoying and amateurish on Fox. Could you imagine him on Fox doing a Saturday baseball game..holy ****.
