I hate using being tired as a crutch. Hypothetically Vegas should be tired playing the second of a road back to back, yet they outshot us 10-2 in the 3rd. Down 2/3 best players against a good team im happy to get a point but they are definitely in a rut since the 2nd Chicago game

Georgiev somehow went from the worst goalie in the NHL to one of our best players. Maybe he does need to start somewhere because playing games is the only way he's good and he's pretty good when he plays games.

Yep. He’s talented. He just hasn’t had the reps to be a good backup. But when he plays regularly he’s fine. I expect that once Igor is back, Georgiev is moved. He needs a shot somewhere. If not he’ll definitely be moved in the summer but really we will be better with a standard vet backup.

I don't think I've seen a single post by anyone, anywhere, at any time this season, asserting that this team has been ready to take Lord Stanley by force.

Disappointed they could not shut them down in regulation. Vegas played last night and were out of gas. That 3rd period was like taking three steps back after an excellent 2nd period.

Felt like they just wanted to win 2-1. It's a stupid strategy for any team, one bad bounce, one mistake and you're screwed. Very disappointing.

They sat back too much in the 3rd and should have won. They played well overall. The rest will do them well and I'm hopeful Panarin and Shesty will be back next game.

And I hate to break this too you, I have been around all season talking about how this team does not play the right way and it would come back to bite them in the ass - and what do you know! That happened.

The ref swelled his whistle with us up 2-1 in favor of game management. A few blatant penalties by Vegas let go in the minutes leading up to them tying it.

Not to mention him blowing the play dead with Gauthier on a breakaway because our net was off. I don't care if the puck hit the Vegas D man, he didn't have control of it. That's complete and utter horseshit.

Not really going to get too mad about them losing in a shootout to one of the best teams in the league and if you really are that mad about it I recommend taking a walk. The shootout is a joke. Wanna talk about losing the playoff teams when we lost a frickin skill competition, not a hockey game.

I thought Vegas was playing that way when they were up one-zip in the first. It’s just the way teams play with the lead. I don’t think the rangers were playing particularly conservative, really. Vegas Just finally got a bounce. Rangers missed a few golden chances to salt it away, too.
