As a reminder this was Wasserman Hockey's response to their client's that were tied to the situation which was presented through a lawyer (July of '22):

It was a completely hollow statement knowing that the investigation in 2018 was filled with issues.

Wasserman represented Jake Bean, Colton Point, Kale Clague, Jordan Kyrou, Taylor Raddysh, and Carter Hart.
Amazing that hart was the one of this group ”lying” about the incident. Assuming the others are not being charged.

…just say Hart is acquitted of this allegation…too big of stain, black mark or bad reputation for the Flyers to welcome Carter back into the fold?
You’re saying the court case is presented and there’s not enough evidence to send him to prison?

Or some evidence comes to light that proves Hart wasn’t involved? Or was there but didn’t participate?

Those are two very different things in my book.

If it’s the former, I think he should still be banned from the league or at the very least I don’t want him on my team.

If it’s the latter, I think he could come back.

Odd the ESPN article says they reached out to all the players representatives and Hart‘s lawyer “multiple times”. I wonder why Hart’s more than the others?

I do laugh at how little respect the NHL actually gives to the people to follow it. Granted like I said before they have their reasons with niche status in the US but they generally do think everyone that follows it is a moron. That was a level one type of interference run by them today with the Utah today. It wasn’t even remotely clever.

I bought 2 junior jerseys shortly after being drafted by the Flyers. Wheat Kings Provorov and Silvertips Hart.

One turned out to be a homophobe and the other turned out to be a rapist.

Which junior jersey should I buy next?
I got a Richards jersey for Xmas… traded months later

I bought a signed Ghost jersey… traded

I bought a signed Giroux jersey… traded

After the 2017-2018 season I was gifted a bundle of a singed Provorov mini-helmet, signed Hart mini-helmet, and signed Patrick puck…

I’m just not allowed to have nice things.
I know you made this red to stand out, but just know for people who are red and green colorblind, it's harder to read. FYI.
Those aren’t people. Those are dogs.

League needs to stay at 32. No league should go beyond 32 at this point. If the behemoth known as the NFL hasn't, there's no reason for anyone else to do so. And Salt Lake City is such a small US market, already saturated with a winter pro team that dominates the market.

Friedman with another embarrassing display today if you wanted anymore evidence he’s in the bag for the league. He retweets an article link about the players being charged then tweets about the Utah expansion right after it with far more detail in the tweet.

I get those sources don’t come for free but dude you could have sat this one out & just waited on that Utah news until later.

He whined on his podcast when he did the same shit for the Blackhawks scandal after the fact & said how he needs to be better but unsurprisingly that was just bullshit.

JUST AS A REMINDER: No rumors. per site rules. If something isn't listed and posted from a credible link, avoid it. That is a rule to which we all have to adhere especially based on prior situations.
SITE RULE 8 -- It's not acceptable to post that you heard someone has a drinking/drug/sex/personal problem from a "good" source. Do not post information that can be considered defamatory without a link to a credible media source. Other forums, personal websites, amateur/unvetted blogs, hearsay, and personal testimonials are not considered credible.

Of all players stepping away from the game in the last 24 hours to deal with "personal issues" this was the least surprising.

The Flyers are going to need to make further comments at this time.

To think they can just skate by is foolish even if it is completely unrelated.
no team will comment and like the many many warnings on this site(mods are working over time right now)--there will be a lot of questions about certain things on many topics

I take the following view on accusations like this:

How would YOU like to be treated?

If you are proven not guilty in a court of law, would you want to "carry the stain" like a scarlet letter?

I also believe in telling the truth on the stand , so if you committed. Crime, don't lie.
